Great experience with transmission repair. Manager (Alan) was knowledgeable, courteous and I observed him to be an amazing multi-tasker—focusing on customer service, leading his team efficiently and getting the job done well. Alan’s assistant, Denise went the extra mile to help, communicating well—showing that customers matter. Mechanics, Hector & Louis did a great job. This team works so well together! I highly recommend this business.
I’m so thankful and grateful for my service here with my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica I told them the back story on my car and how the dealership sold me a messed up car from day one and refused to correct their mistake with selling me a lemon. I spoke with Allen and he gave me suggestions and when the resources ran out he told me not to worry about it he will work it out for me and make things cost effective for me. The best part is they stuck to their word and delivered the greatest service ever and my car drives so much better now. I am so glad I found this shop! They are honest, fast, and very friendly. They explained the issue clearly without pushing any extra or unneeded repairs. The price was fair, and my car was done right on time. Highly recommend! Denise was very helpful and i appreciate her making sure that my car was done in a timely manner!
